I find that my mind keeps small fragments of life aside, like snippits of random memories. And sometimes the fragments bump into eachother when I'm thinking. Sounds, smells, feelings, even a single image; will cross over, one reflecting the other, with no reasonable connection, till everything ends up reminding me of......everything else.
